A wonderful white wine Domaine du Vieux Telegraphe is made from hand-picked, sorted grapes twice with a 40-year old vines. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in steel containers partially (50%), partially in oak casks (50%). The wine is aged for 12 months.
