Canavese Rosato DOC wine obtained by blending grapes from Barbera (50%), Nebbiolo, Freisa and Neretto vines. Aged at least 4 months in steel and about 2 months in bottle. Ideal in combination with appetizers, cold cuts, light first courses and fresh cheeses.
